Digital Marketing Associate
At Move This World, we’re looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to support strategic business development and key marketing initiatives in the US K-12 education space.
About Move This World
Move This World's social emotional learning program provides PreK-12 educators and students with video tools to strengthen their social and emotional wellbeing in order to create healthy environments where effective teaching and learning can occur. Through evidence-based, developmentally appropriate videos that open and close the school day, Move This World ritualizes a daily practice of identifying, expressing and managing emotions. The program is hosted on Move This World's online platform, which includes: educational videos, a social emotional learning resource library, interactive discussion boards, and a dedicated wellbeing consultant. To date, Move This World has impacted over half a million students and teachers across 27 states and Washington D.C.
About the Role:
As Move This World’s Digital Marketing Associate, you will own Move This World’s online marketing strategy. You will work closely with our Partnerships Director to plan campaigns, implement your vision and analyze results. You will ensure our message is heard and that we are reaching the correct audience. You will strengthen and maintain our online presence. You will optimize and update our website and grow social media presence. You will plan and launch targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to spread Move This World’s mission. Your efforts will increase brand awareness and directly impact our success in building new partnerships with schools and districts across the country.

Work closely with Move This World’s Partnerships Director to develop digital marketing strategy.
Plan, execute and track all digital marketing initiatives.
Build and execute organic social media strategy and campaigns.
Create and monitor the performance of multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, including paid digital advertising across Facebook, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn.
Execute SEM, SEO, email, and retargeting channels related to content efforts.
Strengthen current processes by improving automation systems to increase efficiency.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
Measure, analyze and report on results of online marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with teammates to enhance external communications, improve website design, and own social media strategy.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistency of messaging. Strengthen MTW’s overall branding experience.
2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or K-12.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Understanding of the K-12 edtech market.
Experience in social media marketing, paid digital advertising, email marketing, automation and analytics.
Strong knowledge of and experience with targeted SEO, SEM, as well as email and social campaigns.
Experience setting up, optimizing and managing PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns (specifically, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads).
Experience with marketing automation systems.
Experience working with Squarespace or a comparable content management platform.
Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate Move This World’s vision and mission to various audiences.
High attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
