Here’s What We Practiced This Week

We’re All Here Song: We’ve been home together for a long time! This fun song reminds us of all of the things we can do together with our time at home.

The Bubble Shuffle: The Bubble Shuffle gets you up and moving! This song is a great way to start the day or do a little dance as you get ready to learn.

Megan’s Dinnertime Tradition: Your family can practice this, too! At dinner together, each person shares 3 highlights from their day and 1 thing they are grateful for. This is a great way to bond together as a family, reflect on your day, and practice gratitude.

Heart to Heart: This breathing exercise is a helpful way to slow down when you have big feelings. Put your hands on your heart as you take deep breaths in and out. Feel your heart beat slow down as you breathe.
